I did give her 3 stars because her work is very good. But beware she is working out of her home not a store front. I arranged to pick up my item this morning. When I went to her house, no one answered the door, the phone or texts. Her house is way out of the way for me, I was about 20 minutes away and I got a call that they were there, so I decided to go back even though I did not have the time. The only explanation I got is they were on the phone. Not very professional. I would not go back.
My husband took in two leather vests to have our names on them he was told they would be done this week we dropped them off on May 5th it’s now the 15th and when we called we were told they wouldn’t be done till Friday, we should of been notified that it would take longer to be done, we haven’t seen them but the work better be fantastic!!!! Update: be very careful when you give this place a negative review cause if you do before you receive your items back, they won’t finish the work nor will they notify you to pick up your unfinished item. Apparently my previous review was nasty according to who ever my husband talked to when he went today to get our vests, that’s fine I will find a professional to do the work and tell all my friends and family to take their business elsewhere!!!!
Amazing work! We brought in a self made image/logo and Calli recreated it PERFECTLY. The embroidery, colors, and quality were on point. Hometown Threads brought our brand to life and we couldn’t be more pleased! We will definitely be returning customers!
I was so happy to find this shop! I had ordered a couple of items online, and when they arrived, the name was misspelled. I was in a bit of a panic because I needed it fixed the same day. Thankfully, I found Hometown Threads and Cali went above and beyond to help me. She not only fixed the mistake but also embroidered additional items for me, including a ribbon, backpack, towel, and an Easter basket—all in the same day and in less than two hours! I was so relieved and incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of her work. Cali was absolutely wonderful to work with—so kind, professional, and talented. If you need embroidery done right (and fast!), this is the place to go. Highly recommend! :)
We are so happy with the embroidery that Hometown Threads added to our wedding sign! They brought our vision to life and executed the embroidery exactly to our specifications! The color and quality of the embroidery was outstanding and beautifully crafted. The embroidered sign was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s wedding, and we will be cherishing it for many years!
