I’ve been in twice recently and both times I left feeling so disappointed with the world just because people no longer treat one another with kindness and that just generally makes me sad. I have interacted with two women in management there regarding the price of a piece of furniture and I just had some general questions and both women were so rude. Genuinely, unapologetically rude. Maybe rude isn’t even the right word. MEAN. They were mean. I always approach people with kindness, but these two women couldn’t even manage to fake a smile. I was treated like I was bothering them. It honestly kind of ruined my day - both times. I’m sure they deal with difficult customers, but I try really hard not to be one of them. I left here today and made the decision that I will never be back. One manager is Sherie and I think the other one’s name starts with a J? Maybe? She’s tall, dirty blonde, and wore camo pants.

Sensory overload, but in a good way. Everything and more for your home. Great place to find a gift for any occasion. Go with a plan or you may be there a while just browsing.

Very neat clean, always stocked with wonderful merch. Cashiers amd management are kind and helpful.

Best HomeGoods in jacksonville. Great staff. Lots to look through and find. Can’t wait for the next holiday decor to decorate with! Christmas was perfect. Bring on Valentine’s Day!
