Hit Like a Girl

I love the Hit Like a Girl class! Coach Ally is an amazing instructor. She's super encouraging and gives the class a fun atmosphere. Whenever I struggle with a movement, she's always helpful and patient. I also appreciate that she never pressures anyone to push past their comfort level. It's a great workout and a supportive community. Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful we found Ally’s program, Hit Like a Girl. My teenage daughter has gained so much confidence since she started boxing in just a matter of a few sessions. It’s not uncommon for my daughter to try to take the easy way out, but Coach Ally makes sure she perseveres and puts in the hard work! My daughter is pretty girly and was hesitant to start boxing based on the stigma that it’s a boys sport. Now she leaves that gym feeling like a badass and immediately tells me about all the cool boxing moves Coach Ally taught her. If I didn’t have health issues, I’d take the women’s classes with Ally myself! 100% recommend Hit Like A Girl with Ally!!

I started the women’s boxing class with Coach Ally back in August of last year, and I was hooked from the first class. Ally is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately makes you feel comfortable, even if you’re brand new. She’s an amazing trainer and creates such a supportive and empowering environment. Every class is a great workout, but it’s more than that. Training with Ally has helped build my confidence and is such a great way to relieve stress. I actually drive from Jacksonville to St. Augustine for these classes because she’s that good. If you’re looking for an incredible workout and an empowering experience, I can’t recommend Coach Ally and Hit Like a Girl enough.

Coach Ally is AMAZING! I was nervous for my first boxing class ever and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She starts from the basics if you need it and gives really clear, kind feedback. The class was a great workout and I highly recommend giving it a try!
