I recently moved to Jacksonville and needed to find a new barber. After seeing so many consistently great five-star reviews for Garryl, I decided to give him a try—and I’m very glad I did. Garryl was incredible. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, asked a lot of thoughtful questions, and helped figure out what haircut would work best with my face shape, head shape, and overall style. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, and it’s immediately clear that he takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and pays close attention to every detail. I couldn’t be happier with both my haircut and beard trim. Finding a new barber after moving can be tough, but I definitely found mine. I’ll absolutely be going back and would highly recommend Garryl to anyone looking for a barber who genuinely cares about his craft and making sure his clients leave happy.
Garryl is an absolute legend. Being new to town, I did a ton of research before booking, and the rave reviews are 100% spot on. I really appreciated his meticulous attention to detail and precision. What set him apart was how thorough he was—he walked me through his thought process the whole time and shared some awesome expert advice. Great atmosphere, fantastic cut. 10/10—I highly recommend!
I have been going to Garryl for almost 4 years now and have never been disappointed with his service or the cuts I’ve received. When I started with Garryl, he educated me on the process to properly grow out my beard and talked me through staying patient to allow it to grow in fully. His guidance, knowledge, and personality are a few of the many reasons why I am thankful to refer to him as my barber! He is professional, personable, and takes his role seriously as he plays such an important role in our confidence through the haircut. Easily one of the best parts of my week/month when I get to stop in!!

Garryl has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s extremely professional, always on time, and listens to what you want. Consistently delivers a clean, sharp cut every time. Highly recommend.
