HEW Fitness

I was super nervous joining a CrossFit class but the coaches and members welcomed me with open arms and I absolutely love going. I never saw results from a workout until I started with them and quickly saw results with in the first month. I have been a member since Feb and I’ll recommend them to anyone. My favorite things about this gym are no clicks, everyone motivates one another and they work to mold any work out to what best fits you. If you want a great and fun work out I highly recommend Hew you won’t regret it!

I can't say enough great things about this gym! I remember the first day walking in and just feeling so welcome. Then after the first week, I felt as though my family had just grown, and my muscles! HEW gave me a family and knowledge of the gym and showed me my true passion for working out. The class setting is perfect to me and everyone is so helpful and sweet! I have made many friends there and am still close to all of them. It was also incredible how much my body changed even after a short amount of time and how strong I got! They pushed me to get better everyday and every gym needs that. Best gym in Jacksonville by far!

I am so grateful for the phenomenal HEW crew. The coaches are the best, the environment is challenging and encouraging, and the people have become like family. The coaches have helped me overcome obstacles and have walked with me every step of the way as I achieve more and more of my goals in and out of the gym. HEW is the best.

I've had a personal trainer before that did not get me the results I've received from HEW. The intense workouts are worth it. The staff is amazing. It's always a team effort. No man left behind attitude. In the 6 months I've been a member, I lost 50 lbs. HARD EXERCISE WORKS. A special thanks to Mark & Liz, but Katie you & Sunny gives me inspiration.
