So here's what happened. I'd been putting off chimney cleaning for way too long. Finally got to the point where I couldn't ignore it anymore. Called around to a few chimney places and most either didn't pick up or gave me a vague qoute over the phone. Hearthstone Air Ducting Care was different. They asked the right questions, gave me a straight answer on pricing, and got me on the schedule within days. In and out in under an hour. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. Took the time to show me what was actually wrong. The actual work was upfront. Great value. These are my people now.

gotta say, woke up to a total mess and needed creosote removal fast. Called Hearthstone Air Ducting Care kind of in a panic. They called back right away and had it sorted before I knew it. The price they quoted is what I paid. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. All in all, glad I went with them.
I Just moved to Green Cove Springs a few months ago and didn't know anyone for recommendations. Found Hearthstone Air Ducting Care online and took a chance. From the first call to the finished chimney relining, everything was smooth. They showed up when they said they would. Explained what they were doing without being condescending about it. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. Cleaned up after themselves before they left. It's hard to find that level of service when you're new to an area. Glad I found them. Would send my friends here.
Brought Hearthstone Air Ducting Care in for a chimney cap installation and they kept everything on schedule and on budget. Easy to work with the entire time. No high-pressure sales pitch at all. If you need someone solid, look no further. Will definately use again
I've had Hearthstone Air Ducting Care out a few times for different chimney jobs over the past year. Consistent every single time. They clearly knew their stuff. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Just reliable work, which is all I want. Would recomend.
