Crane AC & Heating Services.

The tech that came was very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. His inspection and recommendations made me feel very comfortable as a woman who knows little about air conditioners or units. I will use his service again in the future and refer family/friends.

Kris is a skilled craftsman. He accurately assessed our electrical safety concerns (the prior owner had some interesting DIY solutions) before fixing the immediate issues. He was patient and didn't hurry out, despite the fact that it was pretty late. Emily, our dispatcher, sent Kris right out to us the same day that we called. I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment, and the speed of the service. We've had trouble with other electricians in our area before. Repairs were done at a reasonable price. This company is my first choice as long I live in the locality.

Whether the project is small or extensive, every job is handled by skilled professionals who take great pride in what they do and go the extra mile to make sure every detail is right. They arrive on time, explain your options in plain language, treat your home with respect, and approach each task with patience, precision, and a genuine care for your comfort that is rare to find. No matter the size or season, they will always be my first call for heating and AC, because their reliability, integrity, and warm, thoughtful service have earned my loyalty and my wholehearted recommendation.

Brandon came to our house the following day and gave us a quote after we contacted them. He was very knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole process. He was ready to begin the project in that week. We chose to wait until the following week. He sent out techs to install the system. I regret not catching their names but they did an amazing job. They were able troubleshoot any problems that they encountered with little effort. They were punctual and a very good crew who worked hard to get our new furnace and ac up and running. Brandon and his team are highly recommended for any hvac need! I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The fact that they weren't just there to provide a service or to obtain a quote is why we selected them over others. I am happy to report that we made the right decision. Keep up the great work! We appreciate your service!
