We had a fantastic experience with Air Excel. Our AC unit froze up in July of course. James the owner had been keeping it maintained for a few years. He has always been informative and very honest and prompt with responses regarding any cooling issues. Their pricing is fair and the technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Adam and his coworker did a great job and were very efficient and professional. Ricky quickly diagnosed the problem, and coordinated a timely installation with his team. They made the process simple and seamless. Highly recommend!"
We had an amazing experience with Air Excel. Luis did a wonderful job explaining all the work they would be doing and giving us a wonderful deal! Adam who actually installed our new AC was so kind, respectful and made us feel welcome to stay around while he did the work. Our family loved the work Air Excel did in our home and we will be sharing you guys with all of our friends! Thank you!
I had Air Excel come out to do a full house duct cleaning and sanitation. I’ve got to say, I’m impressed. The crew was careful, thorough, cleaned up after , and fun group of guys to top it off. Adam and Luis knew their stuff. They cleaned every duct , return, and cleaned out the handler. House smells great and air tastes clean. Great company. Going to recommend Air Excel 👍🏼
Adam and Kyler were very professional, considerate and efficient. They were so quiet; I barely knew they were here. We have cats and they made sure to close the doors every time they came in or out, and they didn’t slam the doors! They cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job overall. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for service.
We had a great experience with Air Excel Heating and Cooling, LLC. James went above beyond to get our air conditioner working on short notice. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and trustworthy and James exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Air Excel Heating and Cooling, LLC to anyone needing heating or air conditioning service. Thank you for the outstanding service!
