  I am a patient at the rehab with a very serious injury. I believe my care is excellent from the doctors, nurses PTs, speech therapist, and the personnel that are in a CNA role. I did have a problem with my OT who was late, not bathing me properly and just wants to get it done as quickly as possible. She should not be in that role. I complained and the director came to my room within minutes and listened to me and made the necessary changes to accommodate They have changed personnel on me again with no valid reason. The director, Bobby, told me he was changing personnel on me without giving me a reason. He is a very poor boss. Tay who is personnel in a CNA position came to my rescue and gave me a sponge bath and she took her time and you can tell she really cared. If the big boss is reading this, give Tay a raise. This is who you want to work here at your rehab. Tay has a good bed side manner who goes the extra mile. She also helped me get the soup that I wanted. It was a pleasure talking to Tay. She is a very smart young lady. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I stayed at River Garden 2 years ago and that's the place if you want rehab that will help you.
