My wife and I have come to Havertys several times now to get furniture for our new home. We got a full living room set there as well as a dining set and today we are there to get some recliners or lounge chairs for our new reading room. Don was our representative today at Havertys and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and energetic without being too pushy. He gives us time to walk around and see things and came by frequently to see if we had questions and help give us tips and information. The furniture is as always of a fantastic quality and a very reasonable price. Having been using the furniture for several years now, I can personally attest to the Quality that comes along with each piece. Some people want to buy cheaper stuff and that's fine, but what you buy here is quality furniture that is made at a factory in the US utilizing quality materials and craftsmanship. Just as a small testimonial, we were here about 5 years ago to buy a living room set and I asked one of the sales representatives why I would pay a little bit more here what I can get it a little bit cheaper someplace else. He literally proceeded to torture the heck out of the showroom furniture right in front of us jumping on and everything else to show us the quality. It was not a piece set aside for just that, it was just a random piece of furniture I pointed to. The furniture that arrived for us is of the same quality and we are very happy with it. Again thank you to Don for a good experience today and we're looking forward to getting our new chairs for our new reading room :-)
I ran into a financing issue with Synchrony regarding a purchase my family made back in 2024. According to Synchrony, I needed to get in touch with the Avenues Havertys directly to resolve the issue. I contacted the store manager, Adamm who was very friendly and helpful. He was able to communicate with Havertys Corporate and resolve my issue for me within a couple of hours. I am super appreciative and highly recommend seeing Adamm!
Love, love, love, the customer experience I always have when shopping at Haverty’s Jacksonville, Avenues location. The sales team is always professional. I especially love working with Freddie. He is the best at putting the icing on the cake. His expert design knowledge no matter the size of the purchase is always spot on. Thanks to Freddie and the rest of the Team at this location for always making me feel welcome.
Let me start by saying that I dislike shopping for furniture. But today, Brian Eckberg made the experience very pleasant. He wasn't pushy and he was very informed and helpful regarding the pieces we chose. I love how they have a 72-hour "try it on your home" policy. In the future, I will ask for Brian when I return to the store to buy new furniture in the future. (BTW this is an unsolicited review!)
Tracey H. was my sales person at the Phillips Highway location. She was absolutely wonderful! I could not have asked for a more professional and lovely salesperson. She was most competent and addressed all my questions regarding the two pieces of furniture I purchased. Havertys is fortunate to employ such a dedicated team member!!! Thank you Tracey!!!
