Judy should honestly be fired! I have never experienced lack of effort and carelessness when it comes down to a nail service. I was not able to see her lisence displayed which makes me question he credibility in her profession!
I went to this shop this past Saturday to try somewhere new plus it’s closer to my home, yet I had an awful experience. The lady who did my nails was named “Judy” she seems like a sweet lady but she could definitely take more pride in her work! She cut me multiple times and act like nothing happened (no apologies), my nails look horrendous, and when I asked her to make them more square/not as bulky she became aggressive. I understand I came in closer to closing but it is no excuse for the service I received!
This has been my regular spot for a bit now, one of the best in Riverside. The price is on the high-average end but I feel as if it’s just cause everything is expensive now. Pedicures last me up until my nails grow out w/out chips. Manicures normally last me 2-3 weeks just depending on my monthly activities (chores, washing dishes etc.) I opt for gel and I regularly see Trisha. They’re all great, never had any major issues and they normally do specials/discounts if you join their points system through your phone. (I just got a tinted clear gel in these pics for a clean girl look, and I got my pedicure done early Feb, so it has lasted me awhile).
Melissa always takes her time with my pedicure and dip powder manicure. She’s been doing my nails for nearly two years and has never let me down. I just show her what I want or share a sample, and she recreates it effortlessly. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with and I always receive compliments about my nails-she’s truly the one!
My husband surprised me on Sunday with treating me to some pampering & self-care. Holy moly was this everything I needed! I got a manicure w/ extensions and Ben was hands-down the Best. I'm not a very talkative person when I'm trying to relax and enjoy these services- nails, hair, massage.. And it's really nice when service providers can pick up that energy; give you that space. Not only was Ben great but he really nailed the inspo ( lol pun intended). I will definitely be returning and making this more of a priority at least every other month💯 10/10 Recommend
