They rushed my nail one was not even ,even and she got mad when I mentioned It I will be finding a new place ,it was my birthday so I was not trying to let how they treated me effect me 😔 I spent 200 dollars,and they looked nothing like what I asked for
First, let me say I hate leaving 1 star because the guy who did my pedicure was amazing. The lady that did my eyebrows was also amazing, so this has nothing to do with them. The man who did my nails, however, was the worst. I have never had such a crappy job done on my nails. They are not shaped correctly and are crooked. I had to ask him to clean under them. I have never not had a nail tech not do that. He did not remove my old nail polish completely and when I asked him to, he laughed about it. He never removed the rest of the old! I have to do that, I guess. Apparently, after all of these years I was under the impression that is part of the process, but apparently not with him. I told him after I washed my hands that my nails felt rough and gritty, not smooth at all. That irritated him. I had to show him a big gap on my thumb he left not filled in. He somewhat smoothed them (they were still rough) and started painting them without letting me wash all of the dust off. Which means when they dry, they are going to be bumpy. When I confronted him at check out, he said "let someone else do your nails next time." Not an I am sorry...let me fix them correctly, nothing. I told him I have to go somewhere Monday to have them fixed and he still said nothing. And still charged me for his crappy work!! I will go back to my regular nail salon. It's way pricier, but it is 100% true when they say you get what you pay for...
Full set for both my daughter and myself. Amazing prices and great work!! 100% will recommend. They take their time and make sure to do everything right. Dont rush thru the service. Ronny was awesome! Thank you!!
If I could give zero stars I 100% would. Sketchy, dirty salon. My daughter asked for a fill in, long story short you can see the line from her previous nail job bc it’s not filled. Color didn’t touch edges of the nails. Spent almost 3 hours at that salon and the tech working on hers supposedly is the only one who does acrylic so he kept going between her and somebody else. Did not sanitize the files or anything. He charged her $70 for that crap. The lady who worked on my feet was very nice. I will say, but she did the crappiest job. It looks like a five-year-old painted my nails. The pictures attached her after she fixed them. Half the clientele is sketchy… a lady was getting her kid taken and we all knew about it. I was charged $60. She did gel without asking. Look at the paint job… *whistle whistle*. Btw…Don’t look under the couch 👀.
Had nail tech Ronnie correct what a different salon messed up. He was professional kind and compassionate. I asked for a fill from previous salon. He kindly told me he would need to start fresh with full set. I'm highly pleased and happy my nails look beautiful and clean with the correct length I asked for. He took great pride with his work.Thank you so much!!!
