  The atmosphere is great. I am a returning customer; years ago, my stylist was the mother of the mother-daughter trio. This time around how was serviced by the eldest daughter. Booking was fine. We did have a miscommunication about appointment days, but I was accommodated graciously, and I appreciated that. I requested a mini twist with extensions. I did give an inspo pic. I was quoted a price of $425. The human hair I purchased was.$200. I wouldn't have cared how long the style took if it came out correctly. I arrived around 915. She informed me she had to pick up her son at 4:30. We were not done around that time and I informed her that I had to pick up my daughter at 6pm. We didn't finish until 515. We were running out of hair and she was also rushing. (I bought 5 packs of human hair (1 full pack was not used because it was a different color and different length. I originally wanted that color sprinkled through my hair, but it didn't happen for whatever reason) But the style was not what I wanted to begin with. I do take responsibility for allowing the style to be completed. I didn't look at it until I left because the ending was so rushed. The daughter did say I could come back and get it fixed, but I already invested so much money into a style that I did not like and I'm just disappointed. I tipped her because she was gracious about the booking mishap. A few days later, she did my daughter's styling (This is why I'm writing the review. We were double booked a bit, the youngest daughter washed and blow-dried my LOs hair. I allowed the eldest daughter to freestyle my daughter's hair. She gave her a trim and did a very basic style that I could've done myself. It certainly wasn't worth $70 again. The experience felt rushed and she seemed a bit frustrated when I brought up my services and fixing my hairstyle. She told me to contact her when I was ready. I asked her to send me local hair extension recommendations and let me know when she was available and she just never got back to me. I'm not chasing after anybody to pay them more money. Overall, I'm just very disappointed with my experience.
