Bianca is a wonderful up and coming stylist! She took such great care of me and listened to everything I asked her to do with great care. She cut my hair nicely and made me feel good about my new look. She is kind and calm. She has a pleasant and sweet demeanor. I highly recommend her to anyone!
I genuinely wish i could give a better review because my grandmother has been going here for years on end ! However, my experience wasnt great. My stylist truly was very kind& personable but on my end I shouldve done more research before coming in to get my hair done or spent less money to just do a cut because I was deeply dissatisfied with my service.. i just wanna raise awareness to other curly hair girls to please research your stylist before hand and make sure they are experienced and comfortable with your curl type. For starters, I made it clear that I booked the cut color& blowout for a wedding the following day- this is my first time in years getting my hair done as a mommy who doesnt get much time to myself! I wont name the stylist because again she was very sweet, personable, I really did enjoy her energy but I was in my personal life struggling with unspoken issues & i just wanted to walk out feeling beautiful and fresh, but I held myself together and cried in the car afterward because I felt the opposite. She took off more length than I feel like agreed on, she decided to experiment with dyeing my hair straight from the bottle and admittedly missed several parts of my hair. And then when she did my blowout, i looked in the mirror and it was like a lions mane. I went home & tried to straighten it myself but I ended up being super frustrated and wetting my hair again. My hair was a frizzy mess honestly- and we can blame the weather too in Florida but generally my only advice as a client is to keep your clients informed on what to expect coming in& out of these appointments. After just a couple of weeks, my roots are all completely washed out& thats never happened to me before with dyeing my hair . They did offer to fix it the same week but like I said previously, I am a mom with a really small daughter and her needs first, I just feel like I shouldnt have to come back to fix something that I spent so much of my money (and in this economy every dollar counts) , really it just shouldve been done with more care and patience the first time and not rushed. That is all, I am so sorry that I have to speak up about this but I feel so much less confident after the way my hair was cut, colored etc and I will have to fix it myself or at another salon.
Lynn was amazing! My daughter (age 11) had a bad at home box highlight and Lynn turned it all around she made great recommendations and delivered on exactly what we wanted. My daughter left happy and confident and we are so thankful! She did an amazing job fixing the problem! Highly recommend!! We will definitely see her again!
Today was awful, my 89 mom had two people work on her short hair, one started another finished, incomplete shampoo and hair was not hair dryed. It’s always hairdryed. Very disappointed!!! We were late for appt, so our reg person had went home at 2:00pm. I apologize for being late. My mom and oxygen, had late start. Hair was to be done by Octavia. Her daughter, Susan.
My hair stylist Cyntavia is very good, so knowledgeable about my hair. My big issue is Hair Cuttery keep changing the prices of the services, from one appt to the next. They should not be allowed to keep doing that! It makes me want to find another salon, which I plan to do so.
