I made an appointment online for my grandson..when we got there..a stylist greeted us and I signed in. A gentleman came to the receptions desk and never spoke a word . Our appointment was 25 min behind when I asked if anyone was going to update me ..I told him I was greeted but no one gave me an update. He let me know someone would be with me soon The stylist took my grandson about 10 min later. She did an amazing job.. I dont like the atmosphere there..I wish the stylist worked somewhere else.

LaToya is fabulous and a God send! She is always a pleasant and professional joy when I am in her care to fix my hair. I have notive she gives the same care and professionalism to all customers/clients. I truly appreciate how she gives each customer a personalized evaluation as to what is best for THEIR hair even if it is not what the customer THINK they can have done. That shows LaToya has a genuine care for a customer’s hair and not just out for a fast buck, knowing some requested services can cause more damage to a customer’s hair and/or scalp. LaToya is the reason I continue to patronize this location and have no problem spending my money. She is a true example of what a dedicated professional exemplify.

She always takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and genuinely cares about making sure I’m happy with the results. I always leave feeling confident and loving my hair. I walked in and Shailene was able to get me in right away for a men’s haircut. She was professional, friendly, and great to chat with throughout the appointment. The haircut turned out perfectly, exactly what I wanted and needed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
