H2 Health Physical Therapy- Orange Park, FL

I was very happy with the physical therapy I received at H2. Even though I worked with several therapists - the plan was consistent and effective. It has been over 2 months since my last visit. I have been using the plan they provided for me to use to continue to improve at home. It has been easy to follow and produces great results. It's the first time in over 10 years that I could do some projects without pain. Their focus and care enabled me to get my body in shape to handle what I want to be able to do.

Very productive and professional staff. From the the gate keeper to my therapist all are care individual..I would recommend this place to anyone who like to feel special when that come into this office. Bravo to my health care providers!

Looks like a great place! My dad has been coming here for a little while now, for shoulder and wrist physical therapy. The place looks clean, well lit, organized and inviting. There is also plenty of parking. The front lady is very kind, helpful, and very attentive. The physical therapy staff inside is also nice. At least the person that’s been helping my dad. The care quality seems ok. My dad has been getting better, specially with his shoulder. The inside therapy room looks spacious and organized as well. The equipment looks clean and well taken care of.

H2 health has a wonderful and caring team of people. They seem to have great knowledge and are very supportive of their patients. I had a wonderful experience with them.😆
