Guild Mortgage - Sophia Davis Wallace

This review is well overdue! I purchased my house at the end of Jan 2026 and throughout my entire home buyer journey Sophia has communicated each step of the way. In this economy I was skeptical but quality service made it possible. As a first time client with guild mortgage, first impressions matter. Sophia was patient, flexible, honest about expectations, and thorough which led to her gaining my trust instantly. We discussed rates, grants, and other financial factors. Her knowledge and expertise allowed her to answer every question I had. I’ve notice with other loan officers/lenders they can make buyers feel pressured... with Sophia that WAS NOT my experience at all. She is reliable and responsive. Sophia answered my calls on week days & weekends! I was a priority and I appreciated being taken serious. I am 5 months in my new home and I don’t regret it at all! Closing was very smooth due to Sophia giving me clarity on any remaining concerns. Seriously, if you go with Guild go with Sophia!

Working with Ms. Sofia was a great experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She provided clear information, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process. Her communication and dedication to helping clients really stand out. Highly recommend her services.

Sophia made the process of buying a home seem stress free! There were times when I had questions and Sophia was right there to answer them. She ALWAYS kept us updated on the process. My family is blessed to have worked with Guild Mortgage and having Sophia on our team.

Working with Sophia has been nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail, dedication to the buyer, and creative mindset truly set her apart. She doesn’t just give answers; she provides facts, does the necessary due diligence, and makes sure buyers are fully prepared before going under contract. As a Realtor, having a lender who is proactive, honest, and solution-oriented is everything. Sophia consistently goes above and beyond to get clients to the closing table with confidence and clarity. I’m grateful for her partnership and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a lender who truly delivers.
