My friend recommended GTI as I needed a new desktop computer. The new computer is just what I needed and they transferred all the files from my old one. The cost for all this was very reasonable and when a small glitch presented itself they were there to fix it at no cost. Very Happy with GTI Thanks guys!
If you are looking for honest, reasonable, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and downright excellent computer repair company, GTI is the ONLY business you should utilize. I love them. They spent an hour on the phone with me, trying to get my printer to respond to my laptop remotely. Michael said bring both in to work on for me. Who does that??? They are the best at fixing problems.
I would never ever consider taking my PC needs anywhere else except for here. These guys are perfect. I've used them since they started on Beach Blvd. Michael built my computer today and he was kind, professional and easy to talk to.
I had stopped at 2 other computer shops whose quote was 200-300 for something I did not think was a big project. GTI was my 3rd stop, and Michael offered to just open it up and take a quick look as it was a slow day. To our surprise, it happened to be a quick fix and worked within 30 min, so it was a low price for a fix! I am so grateful that he could and was open to take the time to help me out!
I just had picked up my custom built pc today and honestly, 100000% would recommend! They had it done in a timely manner, very polite and my cable management and positioning were wonderful! He really knows what he is doing! I will recommend these guys to anyone!
