Mike has consistently provided fast and friendly IT and Computer Support for my business located in Jacksonville, FL.
Cannot say enough positive things about Mike Anderson. He is extremely accommodating for all your computer needs. When you have a problem he answers you very promptly and will work on your issues until they are corrected. Mike has helped us for years for all our computer needs and we couldn't be happier with the results. We've given his name to several friends and they too were very pleased with his work. He has a great work ethic and you will not be disappointed calling him for your computer needs.
I am fairly computer proficient, having been working with them since 1978 in a business capacity, on Wall Street (when we had dial up, coupler access to mainframe databases and CRTs!) and currently work in Jacksonville. But when I need really top notch technical assistance, I call Mike at Anderson Urgent Computer Care! His slogan says it all.... "Relax, I Can Fix It". And he CAN! I found him through a coworker who had experience with him when he ran all the tech systems at Claude Nolan Cadillac. He has not only the technical knowledge, but also the personal touch and business integrity, and he regularly reoutfits old, used computers to donate to those who do not have access to computers but need them. That speaks volumes to me about his person and his work ethic. You cannot go wrong calling Mike Anderson for all your computer needs!
Mike Anderson is always responsive for any IT tasks our office needs done. He has also helped us make decisions on certain software's that would best align with our practices. Would highly recommend
Mike has always been awesome for AJAX. He is a great resource for us for any network or IT expansion, issue, troubleshooting, maintenance, or installation. Anderson Urgent Computer Care has been our go to for over a decade and has never let us down!!
