Thomas was outstanding. He went above and beyond. I initially came in for a simple repair, but turned out to have a larger, underlying issue. Thomas took care of both at a reasonable amount that I cannot express how grateful I am. Not only did he do a great job, he is an excellent communicator. While I was out of town for an extended period, he held my laptop with no issue while remaining patient and accommodating. You can count on every interaction being genuinely friendly and respectful when meeting with Thomas. I cannot stress how pleasant the entire process was while working with Thomas. I cannot thank him enough. He is as professional and welcoming as they come. I highly recommend him.

Great service, good attention and very prompt response. I recommend Thomas as a technician. I had a pretty complicated and strange problem with the start of Windows on my PC and they fixed it with a lot of hardware work.

All these five-star reviews are for real. Let me tell you my story. I had to upgrade to Windows 11 and my Hardware was not suitable. I called my long time IT guy and he politely kicked me to the curb. He no longer does individuals just companies. I panicked. I'm old and not very technical. It was my lucky day when I called ACS and spoke to Thomas I told him my situation. 2 hours later he was at my house with a new computer downloading Windows 11 and transferring over all my files safely. Oh by the way it was about half the price of what my other guy would have charged. I cannot praise Thomas enough he is Simply the Best!

My computer crashed and would not boot. Thomas repaired it and saved all my data. Some of my programs were missing and he reinstalled them. He optimized my computer and it works better then ever. He did a very good job and the price to repair my computer was reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing their computer repaired.
