Golden Sun Massage Spa

I came in for a massage and was prepared to pay for the service. As soon as I was shown to the room, I was asked to make payment, which was fine. However, when it came time to sign the receipt, I was told that a $20 tip was required upfront before the massage would even begin. This was never mentioned beforehand, and as a first time customer, I found this approach very aggressive and uncomfortable. I had cash on me and fully intended to tip based on the quality of the service provided, but I was not given that opportunity. The therapist refused to start the massage unless I increased the tip immediately. Because I felt pressured and uncomfortable, I decided to cancel the service altogether. A massage should be a relaxing experience, not one where you feel forced or pressured before services are even rendered. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I will not be returning.

Called the lady to ask for a deep tissue massage and she said they don't have. She sent me somewhere else. Probably a rub expert.

The staff is very professional. My lower back was in knots. The masseuse did a great job in focusing her hands on working out those knots. I've returned just to get an all over massage. She is great. Highly recommend.
