Linh was an absolute doll. She was super sweet and considerate since I came in with badly broken nail down to the skin. The prices were reasonable and it was quick and easy to get in I was able to walk in on a Sunday and helped right away. I’m not local but needed a dip manicure asap and they came through. I’ll be back next time I’m here
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. At the time, I still left a tip because I believed the nail tech was trying her best. However, after I got home, I noticed multiple small cuts and injuries around several of my cuticles. My fingers were sore, and some had even bled during the appointment. Throughout the service, the nail tech repeatedly encouraged me to book with her again, even though she had already hurt my fingers multiple times. What concerned me the most was the hygiene. The tools looked dirty, and I never saw them being cleaned or sanitized before use. There was also nail dust constantly building up on my hands, and it was rarely brushed away during the appointment. The overall cleanliness of the workspace made me feel very uncomfortable. Because I left with multiple open cuts, I’m genuinely worried about the risk of infection. A nail salon should prioritize both safety and sanitation. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose confidence in returning.
I absolutely love my nails! The attention to detail was amazing. Jacky and Tiffany were outstanding! They came out exactly how ! wanted. I'll definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience at Gloss Nails! Steven did an absolutely fantastic job. He was professional, attentive, and took his time making sure every detail was perfect. His attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. My nails turned out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier! If you visit Gloss Nails, I highly recommend asking for Steven.
I really like this salon, but unfortunately this will be my last visit. I brought my daughter in today and was disappointed by all the additional charges that were added. We were charged $12 just for the nail shape, an extra $5 per nail for a French tip, and $17 more for a simple flower design on two nails, on top of the $50 manicure service and the pedicure she received. These are charges that were never applied during our previous visits, and it felt like there was an extra fee for everything. As a loyal customer, I left feeling disappointed and discouraged by the lack of pricing consistency and transparency. I truly enjoyed coming here, but this experience has changed my opinion. I hope management will reconsider these pricing practices in the future.
