Glenn Layton Homes

Twenty years ago, we bought a spec home from Glenn Layton Homes, and even then, we had a feeling that if we ever built another home, we’d come back. We recently did just that, and it confirmed everything we remembered. What impressed us most is that much of the same leadership team is still in place. That kind of consistency says a lot, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. Their quality is exceptional, their integrity is unquestionable, and they truly approach the process as a partnership, not just a construction project. One thing that really stood out was how meticulous they were. They regularly pointed out items that needed to be corrected—things we never would have noticed ourselves. At one point we even joked, “Wait…what’s wrong with that?” They hold themselves to such a high standard that they often caught and fixed things before we ever had the chance to ask. They also were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Building a custom home can be stressful, but Glenn Layton Homes made us feel like we always had a team that cared as much about the finished product as we did. We sincerely hope this is our last home build. But, if we ever get the itch to do it again, there’s no question who we’ll call. We recommend Glenn Layton Homes without hesitation.

My husband and I were so very fortunate to find our dream neighborhood in Palm Valley Gardens, and Glenn Layton Homes, the exclusive builder. The process was amazing from our first meeting with Patrick Barker and his architect. From designing the home to final completion the entire team was a pleasure to get to know, and could not have been more flexible and attentive to our requests. Special thanks to John Dudash, Senior Site Superintendent for the many times he went above and beyond managing the building process from start to finish. We highly recommend this unique custom builder.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Glenn Layton and I highly recommend them if you’re considering building a custom home. The entire team at Glenn Layton is exceptional: super-friendly, extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, and responsive. Of all the important decisions required to build a home, obviously the builder is paramount and Glenn Layton is one of high integrity that you can trust to do the right thing. We had—suffice it to say—a disastrous experience with our first builder which quite literally barely got off the ground. Glenn Layton was willing to salvage the entire situation and deliver us a high quality home that exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly accommodating, easy to work with, and provided a lot of expertise improving our design along the way. Casually ask around professionals in the industry and their strong reputation precedes them. Again, I cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with them and if we ever build again, it’ll be with Glenn Layton.

We had an incredible experience with the Glenn Layton teams. They brought great ideas, in depth details and decision making expertise and were willing to design ideas to ensure we got the home of our dreams. We absolutely love our home and would build with them again!
