Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

I am so blessed to have had Glacier Heating and Air taking care of my a/c needs for many years now and have never been disappointed with the quality of service provided. Late Friday night my a/c stopped blowing air and I made a call to their 24/7 emergency service and was contacted immediately to set a time for Saturday to have them come check it out for me. Terry showed up early afternoon and had my unit back up and working perfectly in less than an hour. Terry works so hard at his job and his infectious personality is a bonus. Great service and very reasonable pricing. I will only use Glacier for my air and heating system needs. They are the best!

Well, I had the pleasure of buying a new A/C and had it installed today. I cannot say enough about Glacier Heating and A/C! They are, in my very humble opinion one of the best in St.Augustine. They are clearly very conscious of their customers and do things the right way! I highly recommend their services. 3 local guys who started they're own business. No subbing out work. Fantastic attention to detail! 10 out of 10! Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed! Trust me. I've been using them since 2017, when I asked for a second opinion for my parents who, unfortunately, were ripped off on a regular basis for a few years. Thank you GLACIER HEATING AND AIR! BTW. Called them this morning and they were here a few hours later. To be honest, I expected the worst. Our AC is 6 years old. Should it break down? No. Could it? Yes. Like everyone else, I explained the situation to ChatGPT. That little know-it-all said told me a motor part and compressor for $1,500 to $3,000. Glacier shows up, 5, maybe 10 minutes later says it's fixed. Final bill? $305. Party time! And get this, no add on sales pitch, no commission driven “you really should do xxxx.” We ended our service contract with another company because their technicians spent more time trying to get my wife and I to buy services we didn't want or need than they did servicing our AC. Glacier is old school. Honest, straightforward, and on time. #1 worldwide. Or at least I think they are.

Very professional. We have nothing but good to say about this company. They were easy to schedule , arrived on time, serviced our AC and then took the time to tell you what they saw. We have an older unit an excepted to hear that it was time for a new one but we were told there is still life in it. We would highly recommend Glacier Heating and AC.
