Scott and his team are the greatest. I went with Gilliland Insurance Group with my homeowners insurance for my new construction home In Sept 2020. Scott is very responsive and just a good all around agent. He made sure I had the best deal available for my situation, and also made sure I understood every part of my police answering all my questions thoroughly. So it was a no brainer to give him a call when my auto insurance policy was up for renewal to see if he could do better than what I had, and sure enough Scott came through again with more coverage at a cheaper rate than I was paying. If you're looking for a one stop shop for insurance coverage, trust me when I say Gilliland Insurance Group is in a class of their own, and I highly recommend them.
Scott assures that I have the BEST home coverage possible. Besides being extremely intelligent, he is kind, patient and empathetic. Best of all he responds during emergencies such as Matthew or my insurance being dropped both times on a weekend. My friends were not fortunate enough to have this personalize attention no matter what. Best price, Best service, Scot Gilliland is the BEST!!! I wanted to add that in my move out of Florida Scott and Jennifer were phenomenal in handling all my needs with their rapid-fire expertise. As we finished building our new home, we knew we needed to purchase homeowners insurance. I checked out several companies, became more knowledgeable and asked a ton of questions. I own a home-based business, which made a huge difference in which companies would even cover us. I was impressed with Scott. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns and allowed me the time to compare and decide. He answered all of my questions quickly and didn't leave me hanging, as other companies had done. Great experience working with Jennifer! Our homeowners insurance increased by $1000 so we decided it was time to shop around. Jennifer found us a new policy with better coverage & saved us the $1000.
