Gigi was an absolute dream to work with. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! We were on a very tight timeline, and from the start she made us feel like a priority. Anytime a home came on the market that we were interested in, she made sure we were able to view it by the very next day. She was always responsive, flexible, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her professional insight during negotiations was amazing. She gave us honest advice, advocated for us, and always had our best interests at heart. We always trusted her completely throughout the entire process. As we got closer to closing, she stayed on top of every detail and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving. She was proactive, persistent, and incredibly helpful, making sure we closed on time despite our tight schedule. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt like just another transaction, but we always felt supported every step of the way. She also curated us the most beautiful and thoughtful house warming basket on closing day. We are just so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated realtor! Our hearts are completely filled and we will ONLY be using her going forward in the future! Thank you Gigi 🫶🏽!!

We were first time homebuyers, and had Gigi as our amazing realtor! Going into the process, we had so many questions and Gigi was there for every single step of the way. She truly made the process so smooth and easy. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home!
Gigi was awesome and made the process of selling our home so much easier. From the beginning to the end she was professional, kind and always there when we had a question or just someone to help give us guidance. We highly recommend Gigi and her entire team.
Gigi was an incredible partner in the sale of our home! As first-time sellers, we were initially overwhelmed by the process, but Gigi made everything easy to understand and completely seamless. Her communication was outstanding—she kept us informed at every step and was always available to answer our questions. From offering expert guidance on prepping our home for photos and showings to rolling up her sleeves to help when we were behind schedule for photo prep, Gigi went above and beyond. Her knowledge, dedication, and hands-on approach truly set her apart. We’re so grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend Gigi to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor.
I'm thrilled with the expertise and support from our real estate agent Gigi Fournier. At first, my husband and I were looking for a part-time, small home but then we switched gears to find a larger, permanent residence. Gigi patiently provided us with frequent listings tailored to our new wish list and quickly helped us find and land our dream home. This transaction wasn’t easy in a seller's market with limited inventory or when you live out-of-state, but she handled it like a pro. I highly recommend using Gigi, a native of the area, with her insider’s perspective and upbeat attitude.
