Gibson's Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

Today was our first time using Gibson’s and Andrew was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. This week we had a VERY well known large HVAC company quote us almost $30k to fix a condensation problem in one of our homes units, Andrew identified the minor issue within minutes and made the appropriate repair. We are beyond grateful. Thank you Andrew and Gibson’s.

We purchased a new build in October 2023, and our builder required us to use this HVAC company. Less than a year later, we were forced to move out of our home for mold remediation. Since then, the HVAC system has continued to cause significant problems, including poor air balance, inability to control humidity, and the return of mold. In addition to these issues, we discovered that the breaker for the system was incorrectly installed. This is not only a quality concern but also a potential safety hazard. For a brand-new home, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. We have pictures and documentation of these ongoing problems. Despite repeated service visits, the system still does not perform as it should. Rooms remain unevenly cooled, humidity levels are consistently high, and the conditions have contributed to recurring mold growth. What has been most concerning is the lack of effective resolution and accountability. Instead of receiving the quality and reliability one should expect in a new build, we have been left dealing with health concerns, additional expenses, and an unreliable HVAC system. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before using them.

My technician was great!! My technician Luke, was very professional and polite. He was well knowledgeable in his field. He completed everything promptly, and precise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.

Exceptional work done by Luke and Jeremy on a completely new, upgraded system in my condo. Of course space was a problem as I added a dehumidifier too. They worked it out and stayed late till the job was done. I’d highly recommend Gibson for new installation and Sean was great at service too.
