Geoff Marton - First Coast Mortgage Funding

Geoff has been one my preferred lenders for many years!! I know when one of my clients works with Geoff they will be taken care of and well informed about the loan process. I always tell my clients "finding a house is the easy part but working through the lona process is another story." I know Geoff goes above and beyond for all of our mutual clients!! Specifically he does an incredible job walking first time homebuyers through the process and explaining all the pros and cons of their different options. It is important that my Real Estate partners avail themselves to our clients in the evenings and weekends as that is when most buyers are available. Geoff does just that and makes sure to stay in touch with our buyers and prepare them for closing day. When my kids or my friends' kids are looking to buy a house -- I tell them their first call needs to be to Geoff!!! If you are looking to buy or refinance your home -- call Geoff!!

Geoff is incredibly professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond for me every time. I highly recommend Geoff and the entire team. Best closing experience I have ever had.
