First time going there and had a positive experience. My tech was Michael and I didn't have to wait to be seen. Had a pedicure, hot towel, hot wax bags on feet, steam, lotion/oil massage and wash. The visit lasted more than an hour. Will return.
Please don’t come to this place. I came on March 12th and the next day my nails and polish started chipping.. I went out of town so I couldnt go back.. a week later wen i was able to go back, i showed them and they literally blamed me for the poor service and said I didn’t get my nails done there.. When i pointed out the tech who did them she lied and said she didn’t do them.. So i then showed them the charge on my account with their merchants name.. then comes the excuses that my acrylic is old and should have been replaced. Wen i asked well why didn’t the tech say that, the owner simply replied idk.. the customer service was horrible. My nails should last longer than a day before they start chipping.. i wont b back
I would not recommend getting your nails done here. I went in for a full set, and was provided poor customer service. The nail tech who did my nails made them super thick & chunky, when I asked to have them redone she was incredible rude and claimed that nothing was wrong with my nails. They were uneven, thick and after only a few days of having them I went home and soaked the nails off to find that I got a fungus on my finger nail from the salon. I would avoid this place at all cost.
They are the worst. This is not a spa. It’s noisy they treat you like just another number in a line. I asked for something to be done she refused. I asked for my shoes to be put on and she said no put the flimsy shoes on. Not the cleanest. Should have got up before sitting down. My fault. It’s a never again for me. FIRED.
First photo was my inspo pic and second was the final look! I am so happy with the finished product and should have grabbed the artists name. The price for the quality is so good. I typically go there every 3 weeks for a manicure and never have any issues with nails in between appointments (unless it was my own fault)
