I couldn't wait for FS8 to open! I'm so happy to be a part of this incredible studio. The instructors are knowledgeable and they make each workout fun. I am grateful FS8 Hodges is part of my routine.
I was so happy when FS8 opened off Hodges. I have been attending classes for several months now and I can really feel the change in my muscle tone and well being. The classes are fast paced so you never get bored. The instructors are all great and encouraging. The studio is always clean and equipment in good working condition.
After years of doing HIIT and training on my own I finally tried something new after FS8 opened. I have lower back issues and could no longer train like I use to. I’ve been going 3-4 times a week now for the last month and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing and very helpful with modifications or amplifications to help you achieve the most from every workout. I cannot give a stronger recommendation for anybody and everybody to give FS8 a try!
FS8 Hodges is an amazing studio. Especially for first timers like myself! I was nervous about trying Pilates for the first time but the team has gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident since day one. The workouts are great and the instructors are committed to making sure you push yourself while being safe.
The best Pilates studio with the best instructors! The studio is always clean and I’m always met with a smile as soon as I walk in! They offer three different class varieties and the instructors are all so helpful and motivating during each class! Can’t recommend enough if you want to try out Pilates!
