Wow! What a fantastic workout with Darnell. And his gym is like nothing else in Jacksonville. I appreciated the intimate atmosphere and calm environment. Darnell was able to was able to tailor my workout specifically to my limited range of mobility, due to frozen shoulder. He took me through some light stretching exercises to increase mobility which improved my workout. Amazing experience.
I recently visited this gym and was really impressed by the setup. The space is clean, organized, and has a modern feel with great lighting and a turf section that makes it perfect for functional training. They have a solid variety of equipment; from treadmills and a stair climber to weight machines and sleds, so you can mix up cardio, strength, and conditioning workouts.
Training with Darnell was great. He's workout was different every session. He explains every move so I will know how to do it. My confidence level increases a lot due to him trying different machines and exercises that I wouldn't have used before. He is very positive, I would definitely recommend him. Nice new gym with personalized workouts and training. Darnell is very personable and attentive. Great atmosphere!
