⸻ Yesterday I had my dog groomed by Samantha. I absolutely loved the way he smelled afterward — she did a great job with that. However, I was very disappointed with the haircut itself. It was not what I asked for. I specifically requested that his goatee be trimmed, not completely cut off. I also asked to leave the hair on top of his head longer so it would fall down like a mullet style. Unfortunately, both requests were ignored, and his goatee was shaved off entirely. I was also told over the phone that the grooming would cost between $58 and $72. I was charged $72 and it was rung up as a “long-haired Chihuahua,” but my dog is a mixed breed and his hair was not long to begin with. That was frustrating, especially since the final result wasn’t what I asked for. I appreciate how clean and fresh he smelled, but overall I’m disappointed with the cut and the pricing.
Dr Aishwarya and her team yesterday saved my boys life. Even before he made it out the surgery I was humbled by their care of my baby. They took him right back. Sat in the floor with me and walked me through one the most difficult decisions. The staff got on the phone and called every single appointment and explained that they had an emergency surgery and they could still come but it would be a wait. I wish I could reach out to all of you too with a thank you. Apparently every pet parent understood with grace, which really made me feel not to guilty for taking her entire day. They are our primary vet too, and I can’t say enough about how awesome they were. Everyone! Techs just asking me if I needed a hug. Sitting with me. Talking with me during an endless wait. My boy is doing okay this morning but as I started this review, their care was incredible even before I knew he would make it out of surgery. Who knows the road ahead but I have more time with him, he’s 9. This is the place for you, if you’re looking. When I got him to the overnight vet for monitoring, they did an ultra sound on him. That Doctor said that his surgeon did an excellent job, there was no fluid in his belly, which could have been expected. There are not enough thank yous! As for the cost, it’s what you would expect in exchange for time. And I would pay it all over again.
As a first-time cat parent coming to the vet on my own I was a little nervous, but this place made everything so easy. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. A special thank you to Hailey for helping me navigate what was best both my wallet and my cat. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, affordable, and welcoming. I 100% recommend coming here!
The worst place. First they said it might be cancer but not sure that he needs more testing. My dog was peeing straight blood. Everytime I went there they needed to do more testing to make sure it was cancer. I said are you sure this last test will tell me if he has bladder cancer they said the vet said yes. The test came back negative for cancer. Then more and more testing. Never got a straight answer till it was to finally spend thousands on keeping my dog comfortable till I had to put him down. Not only that they will take thousands from you and even when your pet passes away expect you to pay a wellness plan for an animal that isn’t even alive to use the plan. Mind you they kept upselling the wellness plan that it will save me money knowing that my dog was terminal. Trust me if I had to do it it over again I would have never went there. I was in a vulnerable state and they take advantage of it. Now I take my new pet to every pet and so thankful I found them. Reasonably priced and you don’t have to go bankrupt to save your beloved pet or pay for a wellness plan for an animal that isn’t no longer alive and if you try not to pay for the wellness plan they will put you in collections. It was never explained to me that I would have to pay for a wellness plan for my pet that is no longer with us. Be ware. Do your research before you go here I wish I did.
I had an amazing experience from the time I called to make our first appointment to the time we left! Everyone was awesome and Syd was extremely helpful! I really recommend this vet clinic.
