Floor Trader of Jacksonville

I have nothing but good things to say about using floor trader! I had the pleasure of working with Doug who helped me choose the best carpet for my bedrooms. He was super kind and informative which made the process super easy, and I even got swatches to take home to see what I liked best. The whole process moved really quickly and about a week later everything was installed by Cody. He did a beautiful job and was also super easy to work with. He even helped me move the bigger pieces of furniture and put them back which was a huge help! The store itself has a great selection of products and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family for their flooring needs. Super happy with the entire process!

Braden at the Jacksonville store was very helpful and friendly, fantastic customer service , we bought wood flooring and had his installers put it in. Richard and crew did a fantastic job , they were very polite and did a very good job doing the install and very professional , after install they double checked everything, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them for your next project. Steve Carlson

Nothing but a most pleasant and professional experience. Doug at the store was awesome, helpful, and highly responsive. Cody Owen, our installer, was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. You can't beat that combination!

Great products with great price point. Our salesperson Doug did an outstanding job assisting with purchase of our Resolve 7.0 Maple Grove LVP. Our installer was also impressed with the product.
