I first came to FL Nails when I was around 12. I’m 29 now, and since my regular salon was busy and this place is only two minutes from my house, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, Nancy, who I believe is the owner, quickly reminded me why I stopped coming. The acrylic removal was extremely rough and painful. Instead of properly soaking them off, she aggressively cut and pried them off with another nail. When I asked why she wasn’t using acetone, she said it was because I was in a rush. Being in a rush does NOT mean I wanted my natural nails damaged. Several of my nails are now extremely thin/split through the middle, parts of my natural nails are missing, and my fingers are still in pain. I asked her to slow down because she was hurting me, and afterward she began speaking negatively in another language, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also specifically asked for my new nails to be as long as possible without an extra length charge. I paid $60, and they were cut extremely short. I’m attaching a photo along with a previous $60 set from my regular salon that was much longer AND included a design for comparison. The only positive was Pam, who did my pedicure. She was sweet, took her time, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the experience with the owner completely overshadowed that. Nail removal should never leave someone with damaged natural nails and this much pain. I will not be returning. Again, Nancy was TERRIBLE and i cant believe thats your definition of a manager/owner! First pic was 60$ the length she was going to do for a simple color as well! And second picture was 60$ at my regular place which is “ TRENDY NAILS” WITH DESIGN! I even showed them my picture with fl nails & they were SHOCKED and at how bad she damaged my real nails
I came here for the first time today after my old nail salon let me down a few too many times—lateness, rushing, sloppy work, etc. A friend recommended FL Nails, so I thought I’d give them a try, and I’m SO glad I did! 🤩 Being able to make an appointment online is so convenient. I showed up a few minutes early, they sat me almost immediately and they started right at my appointment time. I got the Detox Spa Pedicure and it was phenomenal! Nothing felt rushed. She really took her time and the massage was sooo relaxing. I got gel french and it came out perfectly! Honestly the whole atmosphere was such a vibe! They had a chill house version of today’s hits playing, which was such a nice touch. They also had HGTV on, which I loved as an alternative to staring at your phone or watching the tech work the whole time. 😅 The salon itself was beautiful, clean, and just had great vibes all around. I’m so glad I gave FL Nails a shot. I will absolutely be a new regular! 🤩💅🏼✨
This salon is so pretty!! Very clean and modern, comfortable pedi chairs and a HUGE selection of colors to choose from. The staff are very friendly and talented and they know what they are doing. I’ve been going here for years and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
Kim did an amazing job!! I work for Hair Cuttery and was traveling this area when a coworker said "Go nextdoor, they're great!" Called and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for my gel fill! This nail salon is clean, the service is prompt, and my nails look amazing(see photos). As a salon professional myself I don't always loooove sitting in the nail salon after a long day of work in my own salon... Kim was efficient and on point! Thank goodness, I'll be back for sure! 😁
This place used to have great service. But this afternoon when I arrived, one of the ladies who was doing my pedicure was extremely rude. After she cut my toenails, she shook the towel my feet were on, and she shook all my clipped toenails on me. She also had a horrible attitude. She went to grab things and was throwing them as if she were annoyed or mad. Not my problem. I asked her if she had a problem and she ignored me. After that I tried to talk to another woman there, and she also ignored me on purpose. I didnt get my pedicure finished. And no one there even bothered to ask what the problem was. They were more worried about me paying them for the horrible work they did. Never coming here ever again.
