Frantz Adelson is a fantastic personal trainer. Having worked as a trainer at a very large fitness center and having hired numerous trainers to help me achieve my fitness goals over the years, I have never been more pleased than I am with Frantz. Frantz's approach is both unique and effective, personalized and proven. I've been training with Frantz for a year and a half; I am in the best shape of my life, and feeling the healthiest ever. Part of Frantz's effectiveness is his positivity and professionalism - evidenced by countless clients that have been training with him for over a decade. Equally important: Frantz's facility is clean and steps from the beach - which affords a variety of indoor and outdoor training programs. Thanks Frantz, for showing me "Health is wealth!"

Frantz is cool af. I was down there from Michigan and stayed at the air BnB with my lady. He let me use the gym for a donation to the Haitians that need help. He had the things i needed to get a good workout on. Keep up the good work brudda and may peace and blessing be with you all the days!
