I really enjoyed taking classes here! I really value a good workout and intentional movements that actually challenge you, and I definitely feel like these classes do both. The workouts feel purposeful, challenging, and worth your time. One thing I would love to see in the future is a water refill station or bottled water available for purchase, along with towels to dry off since the classes are heated. I know there is a water fountain, but sometimes fountain water just tastes a little weird. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my experience here!
The atmosphere of this place is amazing , the music, the ease of booking. The instructors are all high in energy and very encouraging, the place is clean, and the heated classes are amazing definitely get a good sweat/workout in. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to do a hot sculpt Matt class.
Bailey led an amazing class with high energy and encouragement! I’ll definitely be returning to Fit AF!
Leah was absolutely amazing! I left feeling like a ROCKSTAR 10/10
