First Horizon Bank - Jacksonville, FL - W Bay St

I just want to say thank you to Ebony and Amanda for walking me thru the process of being a member.. they both were very educational. , and both have a great spirit on customer service.. Give them both a Raise.. thank you for your service..

Great service, warm welcomes and pretty smiles from everyone. Fast service with no wait. If I need to go inside again, definitely coming to this location. It’s very close to my apt Lakeisha Pierre

Worst bank I ever used. They will close your account for spending your money without telling you. So I had to call to find out after my card wasn’t working , then call my employer to get my check deposited into another account the following week.

I find First Horizon Bank on Bay Street in Jacksonville, Florida to be a big bank with that hometown feeling where everybody knows your name. Seriously! Just wait until you walk in. I’ve been a First Horizon member near 10 years now, from the days of Iberiabank until now. They have been and still are my go to business banker and remained so even after I moved up north. On my recent visit to Florida,I stopped in to do some business and must say that there was no better good feeling than to walk into the bank to see not only see the familiar face of my banker, Ms. Charo Simpson. I first met the great service and smile of Ms. Charo a few years back. She was the face and embodiment of true relationship banking, taking such great care of us (me, my mom and my brother) that she left me in awe. Tell me which bank you can go into where they’re gentle and patient today. She helped us with some much needed Banking business that we thought would take us all day as mom is not as mobile as us young ones. But she treated us with such dignity and was very sensitive to my mom. I will never forget how loving and kind she was to my mom. I was finally able to connect the familiar warm welcoming voice I had heard so many times over the phone or communicated by email with to Ms. Ebony Garrett. It’s always a beautiful time to connect a face to a voice. To top it all off, I had the additional pleasure to meet the new Banking Center Manager Ms. Allyson Dillon. Wow ! She made herself a available to say hello to me which I really appreciated as usually the bank manager is hidden in another room at other banks. I was truly honoured to have such a welcoming meeting with her and I readily saw how well she fitted into my family of First Horizon Jacksonville. I know it’s hard to believe, so I encourage you to try for yourself. Go open an account, any account and test drive them. Whether your deposit is big or small, you will be treated as family, an important member of the First Horizon banking family. You don’t be disappointed.
