Give Kelly a raise ASAP~ One of the best offices I’ve ever visited fun, welcoming, and professional all at once. Absolutely love these folks!

I would give a 100 stars.! Everyone were more than great, big smile, very nice and friendly, this place make my year, in every aspect. I am more than grateful that I find them, and Kelly, she is exceptional, can't thank you enough for the patience and help in my case. I Recommend this place 1000%.
Horrible service. They would rather take your money an keep it than worry about keeping a customer. Priorities are all mixed up. Greedy bank, I would not recommend to anyone. Don't offer protection an won't even attempt to help you.
These folks are the BEST! They're always personable and professional. I love the way they greet you when you come in and can always offer you additional services or products that you might be interested in. I love my First Florida Credit Union!
Have used the Daytona branch for many years and on occasion the main in Jacksonville. Pricille has facilitated more car loans than I can count and been the most amazing friend..... and Cristina and the staff in Jacksonville are all professional and courteous as well. Customer service is so important in the fast pace of today. This credit union is a gem. Thank you to each and every one of you for all your years of dedication to the Postal community and our family !!!! Mari And Tommy Mattox
