First Florida Credit Union

Improve your service guys or get a job at McDonald’s !This is by far the worst credit union to deal with. No return phone calls or emails. Why are they not improving their service after all these negative reviews?

Thank you Donmika G for your superior service! Took care of my request and called me back to ensure I knew it had been completed!! Couldn’t have asked for better service 😎

My experience with Kenya was very unprofessional. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and didn’t take the time to understand my issue. Instead of helping with my current account concern, she focused on unrelated questions from last year. Her attitude lacked patience and empathy, especially during a difficult time for me. I would appreciate it if someone could please speak with her about how she communicates with customers.
