It is hard to give this company a “1” star because their product is a 10 star! But customer service is a “0”!! I placed a Christmas order the first week of November and went over details of the product I wanted! Was awesome and approved and discussed payment since this was not my first order and was told if I had given a credit card —they should have it on file! This mast Monday comes and still no product so I called and the order took at least 30 minutes to find even with a invoice number! Apologies were given and said we would get it out!! I call every day this week and was promised it would be over nighted since they produced wrong this week! This was need for a Christmas party on December 23! I get an email today and it has been sent Fedex ground which means it won’t be here until the 24th!! This has been an unbelievable experience coming from a small business owner myself!!
