Went for a haircut, told the guy what I wanted, he did not listen and did whatever he wanted, at the same time he was facetiming his cousin, talking in Spanish the whole time to his friends, blasting music into my ears. When I was waiting I saw him took a Instagram story of my friend without his consent, my friend was uncomfortable. Barber is very violent with hair and scalp, he treats it like a toy, causing pain and loss of hair. Worst part is that he raises the price last second. Dont go there.
I highly recommend Fernando and the team at Fades and Combs. Fernando consistently delivers the best outcome in town with reasonable pricing in a high quality shop with upbeat vibes. He’s also always on time which means I am in and out on schedule.
Was looking for a more professional barber and this place did not disappoint. They told me what my old barbers were doing wrong and gave me the best haircut I’ve probably ever gotten.
Best consistent cuts I've gotten since being in Jax. Wish I could take them with me when I go.
