Had a great, no-fuss, a week long stay here. The room was spotless and the service was totally seamless. The room service was quick and efficient, which made everything so much easier during my visit. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is cordial and friendly. It was a perfect experience.

First, let me tell you about my check. In and checkout experience. Wardricka was the name of the lady at the front desk, when I checked in at about two thirty or three o'clock, and when I checked out at about eight a m. She was the keystone, and the best part of my visit to this hotel. She was personable, she was professional, and she was just a lovely human being, that had a personality that was just simply customer service oriented and fantastic. The 2 younger males that were there, I guess overnight. I saw them about 7 o'clock at night while exiting and entering the hotel. They lacked personality and had a lot to be desired in regards to their customer service. The hotel was disappointing for it to be a Fairfield. The threshold that was put down between the new bathroom and the room was excessively tall and had extremely sharp edges and was not beveled. Step on it barefooted, not pleasant. The shower had been remodeled and was very nicely done but was done excessively too small. They should have increased the width by probably 8 inches. Maybe 12, and I'm not a big guy. I am about six foot tall, 175 and the shower felt small. The room was fairly clean. The pillows were not the typical quality that I usually experience at Fairfield. The room had no USB ports, which, considering they had remodeled the bathroom I, would have thought that they would have put some u s b ports somewhere in the room. So bring a charging bank or a 110v to usb converter, which I have gotten away from carrying because most hotels have usb ports in the hotel room now. The interior of the elevator had been beat up to the point that it was exposed wood. Although the inside of the rooms were clean, the hallways showed a heavy amount of wear drywall patches that hadn't been painted right outside of the elevator, walls that had been scoffed, or were a little more dirty than I am a customed to. To the things that the hotel can't control. The street outside is noisy. If you stay on the front of the hotel, there is a light that shines in the room that the curtains can't diffuse. That is excessively bright and annoying while you're trying to sleep. The train ran this morning again. Nothing that the hotel can control, but the noise level in the room all night long is substantial, and the light noise that comes in through the curtains is also a lot, and will interrupt your sleep. Not what I would consider to be a Fairfield Inn experience.
We came down for a football tournament and thought that this was a great hotel for the whole team. Booked from 7/17/26- 7/19/26. It was not 3 of our parents had to request new rooms because of mold spell. And my self did not think to check my room and sleep on dirty sheets. I woke up disappointed, and went downstairs to talk to a manager. Ryan informed me that the manager would not be in until Monday. He was not friendly, he did not apologize or anything. He put his head down and said I will get someone to change the sheets. This hotel is not kid friendly at all the looks and the way everyone act like we was the worst thing that ever happened. I would never stay here again. The one person that was very nice, I did not get her name because she don't speak English well. But she was the breakfast attendant, she was awesome. Great with the kids, very approachable and treated everyone with kindness. I thank you so much 💓 it's good to know they are still some nice people around.
I had the same experience as all the others. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I travel the southeast for business. The rooms are nothing shy of gross and outdated. I noticed in the parking lot there are a lot toilets and bathroom supplies. This led me to understand they are about to remodel. The problem is that I was woken up by the sounds of a bathroom remodel going on immediately above my room. That did not stop until I checked out. Out of whatever units are remodeled, mine was definitely not one of them. The staff was polite and courteous. No issues there, however the cleaning crew is definitely lacking. My first notice of issue was the elevator. It was disgusting, I don’t think it had ever been swept, and the panels were all loose and coming off. The elevator made jerks and noises that made me concerned for my safety.
Hotel is in desperate need of an update. This is far from the standard of a Marriott property. Small rooms. TV is the size of a computer monitor. Dirty carpet and walls everywhere. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly. Good location.
