I can’t say enough great things about our server, Kaylee. She made our entire Korean BBQ experience outstanding from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations that ended up being some of our favorite dishes. Kaylee was always attentive without being overbearing. She made sure our drinks stayed full, our grill was changed promptly, and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Even with a busy restaurant, she remained positive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Kaylee truly went above and beyond. The food was amazing, but her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the visit unforgettable. If you get the chance to have Kaylee as your server, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we hope to be served by her again!

I went to Top Pot BBQ Tuesday I've been here many times before and I noticed they had a new broth available on the menu, usually I get vegetable broth and add chicken bouillon seasoning to it well they had an already made chicken broth available which I've been dying to finally see. I went ahead and ordered the broth and made my food by the time my food was done cook my server came back to ask if I would like more broth I then proceeded to insure that the broth being added was only chicken broth and no pork would be mixed in I was later notified that the chicken broth is mixed with pork after taking a few bites of my food. I'm not blaming the server because of course how would she know what I can or could not eat I'm upset the restaurant does not include a sign that states pork is in all broth except veggie. I've been feel sick ever since. Please if you're unable to eat pork do not go to this bbq everything has pork and it's better to be safe than sorry. I also found bugs in the salad after trying to try the bbq because I was unable to eat my food I prepared when I notified a chef they acted as if they didn't care and walked away from me honestly I've never had such a bad experience.

Such a wonderful time. Great food, great service. Great experience. When enjoyed with 4 to 6 people. Fantastic for an event like a birthday as you can see in the picture. All of the meats and vegetables that you could ever want. Clean and professional. The only thing better than the steam in your face are the chicken feet and cow tongue. The biggest mystery however, is what the heck do they do with the tongs under the sink in the bathroom?

Our family has been going to this restaurant since it opened and it’s always a very pleasant experience. Staff is always nice, friendly, and provides excellent service. HOWEVER, tonight was a different experience. The new male manager comes storming into the dinning room yelling and reprimanding one of the servers. Everyone in the dining room stopped and stared. I’m not sure what the main problem was, but it was handled poorly. The manager should have pulled his staff aside and spoke to her in private instead of yelling at her in the middle of the dining room in-front of customers and other staff members. It was disruptive to the dining room experience if was your first time into this restaurant. The server continued to serve her customers as she would with a smile on her face despite the embarrassment the manager has put her through. That male manager needs to be educated about management skills, clearly he doesn’t know how to deal with his own staff.
