Everything Cool

I have to say everything about Everything Cool is awesome. My husband and I stopped at the store on Ponce De Leon looking for a sofa. They didn't have what we wanted so Ken sent us to their nearby design center. There we met Gloria. She was super helpful in showing us our options and working with us to make sure we got the exact sofa style and size, along with the fabrics we wanted. It took some time to get the our custom sofa but Gloria and Christine kept us updated on the progress of the manufacturing and delivery. When our sofa was delivered, there was a manufacturers defect in the fabric. They noted the defect and ordered replacement fabric and a technician to replace it. Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue. This is where they really upped the customer service. Ken and Gloria contacted the manufacturer. They told them the repair was unacceptable and got the manufacturer to agree to send a new sofa! Again, Christine was a star with following up regularly with updates on the manufacturing and shipment. As far as we are concerned - these people are rock stars in the world of customer service. Next time I need any type of furniture, we will visit them!

We had our beautiful outdoor furniture delivered today! Timmy and Timmy did a fabulous job with delivery. They were very helpful and made sure everything was nice, neat and in its place before leaving. Thank you!

Gloria and Ken are just the nicest people. Not your typical salespeople. They really want to help you find what you need. “2 Tim’s and a truck” delivered for us and were so professional and kind too! Highly recommend for all furniture needs!

We visited both locations. We met Gloria at the first store, and Ken took care of us at the downtown location. The selection is nice, and the prices are great. Incredible service our entire visit was amazing. We made a purchase of a recliner/loveseat combo, with lumbar support. The delivery guys were very professional. My furniture was delivered quickly and efficiently.
