Amazing experience for our puppy Bruno’s neuter and dental cleaning. The staff was so kind and compassionate, and the doctor was very informative and reassuring after the process. Bruno is recuperating well, and we’re very grateful for the excellent care he received. Highly recommend!

Loved our experience. Very clean and friendly. Was seen in a good amount of time with a scheduled appointment. My dog is happy again...she was having an allergic reaction. And of course the prices are better than anywhere else.

It is not income based but it is discounted prices. I love love love the people here. I have had great experiences under horrible pet circumstances but always feel that got my babies. They are fast to help and get the treatment right and keeping you informed. I feel welcomed by each member of the team and my babies do too. Hannah is always amazing and caring. Dr Collinsworth you are awesome. Thank you everyone there for helping us w our animals.

I have been coming here for YEARS. At least 10 years now this has been my one and only dedicated vet. Imagine the money I’ve spent with this vet over the years. When my rescue pup had Parvo they were amazing, even though I had to wait outside of their ISO room for long periods of time, they were awesome. Back in October they forgot to give my dog bordetella, resulting in another visit, more money spent but mistakes happen, I get it. Today however I was so disappointed when I showed up on a Sunday morning at 8:57am, soon as the doors opened, with my sick dog in the car waiting, and was told I would have to sit in an exam room for 5 HOURS just to be seen by a doctor. The front desk staff had to go ask techs/doctor, was very friendly, but could only do so much. There was only THREE people/pets in the waiting room. I then had to go to Pet Angels on Collins road, and even as a new client, they had a MUCH busier full waiting room and still managed to get us in an exam room, in not even an hour. Won’t ever come here again unless it’s the very last option. I work at a vet, we just happen to be closed on Sundays.. we would never have ANYONE wait 5 hours no matter how short handed or busy. Do better.
