Sara is hands down not only one of the best yoga instructors but also one of the best people that I know! Her contagious spirit will have you leaving feeling better than when you walked in. Sara goes OUT OF HER WAY to ensure everyone feels included, important, heard, and healthy... no matter your starting point. Do yourself a favor and sign up for Everybody Fitness as soon as you can, you won't regret it!
I love love love Sarah. She has been a great fitness inspiration. She has contagious energy and goes out of her way to make sure everybody’s comfortable and taking care of. I highly recommend this studio!
The studio was wonderful and so was Sara! She has so much passion for yoga and it was obvious in the restorative class I participated in. I will definitely be back!
Visited recently for my first yoga experience and had a really wonderful time. Very relaxing, super cute space. Felt really at ease and included with those who were more advanced.
