B.E.A.S.T. Performance

Really exceptional gym experience! The workouts are challenging, but they are doable no matter what level you are. I feel stronger not only physically, but mentally. You can tell the owner David really enjoys what he does, and I have learned so much! Thanks BEAST Fitness for everything you’ve done for me :)

Beast performance is the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Not only the classes are always interesting and fun, they push you to your limits. They’ve made me feel better and stronger. The owner, David, is an awesome trainer and he will push you all the time making sure you’re making progress. Very professional gym & trainers with a great vibe!

B.E.A.S.T Performance is simply the best gym around, the workouts are always challenging and always varied to provide the best results. I really feel like I have improved mentally and physically because of the workouts, plus gained self-confidence from how I look and feel. David is a great coach and certainly can prove his style of training is effective. He and the other trainers truly care about the people they train and are always willing to provide advice on the workouts, nutrition, and recovery.
