Recently purchased an electric standing BDI Desk from European Leather Gallery fro a great price. When they delivered the desk and set it up the drawer was missing. I called Daniel who informed me wasn’t included in the order. He and I remembered discussing it, but told me it wasn’t in the price he quoted. However, sense he remembered discussing it, he said that he would make it right. He promptly ordered the drawer and had his staff come out and install it, both at no charge. I highly recommend European Leather gallery for their integrity and caring about their client. They know that “customers” are people that shop at big box stores. They treat people like “clients,” with whom they are looking for long-term relationships. You won’t go wrong dealing with Daniel, Chris, or Suzanne. They have great staff. I will be back to buy from them again.

We own 3 chairs! 2 recliners and a sectional! Love sitting on all of them! Never had any issues until 3 weeks ago. Chris and his team, Suzanne, rose to the occasion and took care of the brains of our chairs under the warranty and did so with 2 trips to our home and an over night shipment with the part. We are back reclining and relaxing has never been better. Thank you!!!!!!

I was extremely impressed with this store. The showroom is beautifully curated. Their selection of Stressless pieces is the largest I've seen. They also have a few other high-quality brands that are very unique. The customer service was also fantastic. Chris and Daniel were extremely knowledgeable about their products. If you’re looking for furniture and a top‑tier shopping experience, this is the place to go. I’ll absolutely be returning.
