ERA Fernandina Beach Realty - Fernandina Beach

We had an excellent experience with Presley Miller as our listing agent. This was a challenging property to sell but Presley never stopped giving 100%! She was always very professional and when she was unsure how to navigate something, she asked a more senior realtor in her office so she knew how to guide us. I highly recommend her!!!

Jacqueline did an amazing job giving us a tour of the town and explaining all the unique differences between the neighborhoods and homes. Highly recommend.

AWESOME!!! Roger Martin and Donny Fussell had my home on the market within 48 hrs of meeting them. Both ERA reps were highly motivated to getting my home on the market. The home received 3 separate bids within the first week. The entire process went flawlessly. No matter what time of day or what day of the week they would answer the phone or get back with me within 5 minutes. They made you feel like you were their only client. I would use ERA with any future home sales. Thank you!

I recently purchased a home, and I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by my real estate agent, Roger and ERA Fernandina Beach Realty. From start to finish, Roger was a wealth of knowledge, guiding me through the entire process with ease. His responsiveness was remarkable; he was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. He took the time to accurately translate industry language into terms I could understand, making the complex world of real estate much more accessible. Roger kept the process moving smoothly and was an invaluable advocate and communicator with the seller during the negotiations. His expertise and dedication truly made my home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a top-notch real estate agent.
