Update May 2025: We are looking to buy an investment property and needed financing again, so we returned to Brad. We didn't give him much time, but he was quick to respond and get us what we needed! 2023: We have worked with Brad at Elite Lending to purchase several investment properties, and he always gets us the best price and high quality service. His attention to detail makes the closing process so much easier. I cannot give enough positive feedback for Brad Bailey! He is by far one of the top mortgage brokers I've ever worked with, & I have been a Realtor for over 30 years. His attention to detail is unsurpassed, & he was able to guide my buyer through the ins & outs of several very complicated situations succcesfully, for a quick 30 day closing. He went to our walk-through & our closing, which has never happened in my real estate career. He was always availbale by cell, day or night, & I am too, but not every mortgage broker handles their business during dinner & while on vacation. And he has strong repeat customer loyalty which is the key to success in both of our busineses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Brad did an amazing job with guiding us through the mortgage end of our home buying process, got us a great rate and made things so, so easy. We were impressed with his level of skill and attention to detail throughout the process. Everyone told us buying a home is stressful but Brad made sure we felt comfortable, understood what we were doing and answered all of our questions. I would HIGHLY recommend.
Brad is great at what he does. He helped my wife and I find a great lender and rate in a difficult marketplace. And was even there at closing to make sure the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend him highly to anyone in need of a good broker.
